Travelling is exciting. Tasting the food of the locality is quite an experience. My Tagalog palate likes almost all that’s edible … seafood, steak, japanese, chinese, pasta, buritos, “balot”, “balbacua”, “kansi”, linaga”, “pata”, “isaw” …. ah, anything edible!).
Music, magazines, books and newspapers are a great pal whenever. No frills company adds life to a yawning night.
