As a Lotto outlet ( a Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) project) gains patron, an old lady-beggar can only look blanky  towards the street holding her lullaby and a crudely fashioned 4-stringed home-made guitar.

  1. Hi! Good observation. Majority of the people who patronize lotto are not into the “giving” aspect but on the “winning”. Hopefully, in the course of her stay there, some good souls share their blessings with her.
